Build once in MCP. Deliver daily in the Indian market.

1 clear paid wedge: Indian market daily brief
Open-source engine

What stays public in FinStack MCP.

This repo stays public. It is the engine, the credibility layer, and the top of the funnel. It should win on usefulness and clarity, not on hype.

Public does not mean shallow. The job of this page is to show exactly what exists, how it installs, why Indian-market users should care, and how the future paid layer fits on top without pretending the hosted stack is already finished.

What the OSS repo does

  • NSE and BSE quotes, indices, corporate actions, quarterly results
  • Global stocks, crypto, forex, SEC filings, and fundamentals
  • Technical indicators, stock comparison, sector performance, options chain
  • Reusable data engine for future email, Telegram, and dashboard products

What the OSS repo does not try to be

  • Not the whole SaaS business on its own
  • Not a generic "finance MCP but with more tools" story
  • Not the place for billing, private customer logic, or closed dashboards
  • Not dependent on large marketing spend to be useful
Paid wedge

The paid product is the Indian market daily brief.

This is the fastest bridge from the current repo to revenue. It is easier to ship, easier to explain, and easier to repeat daily than a broad portfolio platform or a sales-heavy advisor suite.

The brief is meant for people who care about usable output, not raw data dumps: morning market context, watchlist triggers, earnings dates, corporate actions, and a compact written summary delivered daily.

Step 01 Collect market state

Indices, movers, sector performance, FII/DII context, bulk deals, and watchlist events.

Step 02 Generate the brief

The daily brief engine now produces structured JSON plus readable plain-text, Telegram, and email-ready output.

Step 03 Format for delivery

Turn the brief into email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or dashboard output depending on the user tier.

Step 04 Sell recurring value

Charge for daily watchlist intelligence and creator or desk workflows instead of generic access alone.

Who it is for

Target users for the first launch.

These are the three user groups most likely to pay first because they benefit from repeatable daily output, not because they want another generic finance dashboard.

Serious retail users

People who want a quick morning brief across watchlists, earnings, and market tone.

Market creators

Telegram, Discord, YouTube, and X creators who need a reliable structured daily market summary.

Small research desks

Teams that need repeatable, branded briefs faster than hand-written manual notes.

Pricing path

Start free in OSS. Charge for delivery and workflow.

The public site shows pricing direction, but not a fake self-serve checkout. Until billing and delivery are ready, the right CTA is GitHub, waitlist, or direct contact.

OSS

FinStack MCP

Freepublic repo
  • Install with pip
  • Use 33 free tools locally
  • Acts as trust and discovery layer
Desk tier

Creator / Desk

Rs 2,999+per month
  • Branded briefs
  • Multiple watchlists
  • Custom delivery workflow
  • Higher-touch support

Reason for no direct payment button yet: hosted delivery, billing, and onboarding are not public self-serve right now. Showing a fake checkout would reduce trust more than it helps.

Premium sample

What a paid daily brief should feel like.

This is the direction for the first revenue product: clean delivery, watchlist context, and a format someone would actually pay to receive every morning.

Early access

How manual onboarding works for the first paid users.

Early revenue should be manual. That keeps the workflow simple while the delivery layer is still being shaped by real user feedback.

Step 01 Request access

User mails with watchlist, delivery preference, and whether the use case is personal, creator, or desk.

Step 02 Manual setup

We decide the symbols, frequency, and delivery format: email, Telegram, or WhatsApp-ready copy.

Step 03 Trial delivery

Send a sample premium brief for a few days and refine the structure around what the user actually reads.

Step 04 Paid conversion

Move to a simple monthly payment link once the user sees repeat value in the brief workflow.

Why trust it

What makes this credible to a public visitor.

Live package and repo

The engine is already live on GitHub and PyPI, not just a landing page concept or waitlist mockup.

Clear product split

The public OSS engine and the future paid brief are separated clearly so the business story is believable.

Concrete workflow

This is not "AI for finance" in the abstract. It is a repeatable market-brief workflow tied to real Indian-market data.

Use cases

What people should actually do with FinStack.

Research inside MCP clients

  • check NSE/BSE prices, indices, and market status
  • compare stocks on valuation, profitability, and growth
  • pull corporate actions, quarterly results, and earnings context
  • scan movers, sectors, and watchlist names quickly

Daily brief delivery later

  • generate an India-focused market brief every morning
  • summarize watchlist triggers for retail users or creators
  • reuse one engine for email, Telegram, or advisor workflows
  • turn raw market tools into a repeatable paid product
Launch today

What needs to go live first.

Today's launch is not "full SaaS live." It is a clean public release of `finstack-mcp` plus a clear product narrative that the paid layer is the Indian market daily brief. That gives us a real story for GitHub, PyPI, MCP registries, and early users.
